This was an unofficial professional development digital learning product that I created in Articulate Rise. I interviewed a Real Estate professional in order to understand the four types of obsolescence to consider when appraising real estate property. I created it to show what could be done to teach this concept.
This digital learning product includes audio, and provides multiple-choice opportunities for participants to make sure they understand the differences.
