Articulate Rise - Digital Learning - Four Types of Obsolescence in Real Estate

This was an unofficial professional development digital learning product that I created in Articulate Rise. I interviewed a Real Estate professional in order to understand the four types of obsolescence to consider when appraising real estate property. I created it to show what could be done to teach this concept.

This digital learning product includes audio, and provides multiple-choice opportunities for participants to make sure they understand the differences.

Although this was not an official professional development, it was created with the intention of explaining the Dewey Decimal System to staff members of libraries (in any form where it is used) so that they have a general sense of how this classification system is organized. Audio is provided. Quizzes for evaluation are built into this learning tool.

I created these videos in Canva for an unofficial Real Estate professional development that I created for the four types of obsolescence in real estate properties. I used them as examples when creating the entire professional development presentation in Articulate Rise.
